Servers and hosting
Infrastructure. We put the project on servers and stay responsible for them.

Going live
We pick the server for what the project has to do, not the other way round. We configure, migrate, test on a staging domain, and only then move DNS, so the switch is invisible from outside.

Backups
Automatic copies, kept somewhere other than the server the project runs on. We also restore them periodically on a separate environment - a backup you have never tried is not a backup.

Certificates and updates
SSL renewed automatically, system packages updated, language versions tracked before they fall out of support. Things nobody notices while they are being done.
